I understand that the Protocol for Covid has changed things, but there was no excuse for the way i was spoken to with such a condescending attitude by multiple staff members.
I never had as unpleasant of an experience with the staff as i did yesterday. First off, I've been to Encore since its opening over 20 times.
I would leave a zero rating if it was an option.
